Thank you to all of you who came out to the concert last night! What an amazing evening it was! We really felt Gods presence during the night and in all the preperations! Lisa Haarsma, my sister was such a huge part of the coordinating and making it happen. We love you Lisa and Thank You for selflessly giving of all your time to make this night happen. Huge thank-you to all the cookie bakers, no one went hungry! Thank you to Pastor Brian, and Peder Eide for letting God work through them for an amazing evening! Thank you to Fellowship Reformed Church for allowing us to use their building, for Pastor Mikes amazing testimony, and for all the helpful staff- thank you Emily. For Bethany Christian Services (Belinda) for speaking and sharing her passion for the orphans. Thank you to all the children from Ridgepoint church in Holland who opened the concert with Peder Eides song 'Taste and See'! Thank you to all the kitchen help, refreshment servers, Schuitema family for serving at the Peder Eide table, for Stacey Mulder for being our personal photographer for the evening (I will post pictures as soon as I figure it out!) and to the counters! Thank you too to all our sponsors for making this evening possible.
We would like to thank everyone for giving so generously! The total contributions for the evening was over 19,000.00!!! As Pastor Brian said when we bring our children home, you will be able to say you were part of this! Thank you for letting God use you to help the orphans!
If God is calling you to something, follow Him!!! There are so many blessings we would have missed out on, if we had not followed in this call of adoption. He is faithful.

I just heard about your adopting from a friend who attends your church. Sounds like you are going through Bethany too? Our dossier went Sept. 5th. Are you on the forum at all?
What a GREAT night!! Thanks so much for inviting us!! We were so touched by each family's story, the Bethany presentation and of course Peder's ministry and personal story. God IS good all the time! We are beyond excited to be a part of bringing these kiddos home. What a blessing adoption is! Inspiring night...according to my calculations, we have two empty seats in OUR hot ride. :)
